It can be difficult to identify the actual cause of damp however we have a strong track record in finding out what is causing damp and what can be done to a) eradicate the issue and b) ensure it doesn't return at the most cost effective rate for you.

There is no 100% guarantee that damp will not return however there are many ways you can lower the chances of it returning. For instance you can ensure all guttering and downpipes are clear of any debris i.e leaves or moss. Allow air to pass through your property by opening windows or installing air bricks. And check for any leaking pipes i.e. random wet patches on ceilings or listen out for dripping/tapping sounds eminating from behind walls or ceilings.

Depending on where you are in the Country will depend on how soon we can visit to do an initial survey, which is always the best option in the first instance to ensure we diagnose the issue correctly. Thereafter we can commence work usually within 2-3 weeks depending on availability and current work load. Typically we are busier during winter months than summer periods.
